This is the perfect little shrug. I have very broad shoulders, and this fits perfectly. When my arms get chilly sometimes and the rest of me is warm, this works as a nice layer.

The dress is more white, the shrug is cream. It's over priced for what it is.

I'm usually an xl in tops, but something told me to order an xxl. Makes any sleeveless shirt/dress look professional. Can also be worn over another top for warmth or for occasions where your navel must be covered.
