The box is very well packed (17 x 8 x 63 roughly) much smaller than expected. Advise you follow the directions explicitly and it will come together. Easy to assemble and works well.

Metal frame and legs, along with wooden slats that actually support the mattress. I am 5 foot 1 so with the mattress (10 inch) the bed is a little high but manageable.

Massage works great, even with a plush thick foam mattress. I have a purple hybrid 3 mattress which is heavy, but this thing has no problem vibrating through it raising/lowering it. The foot massager is quiet.

Reviewer says the wireless remote is nice to have. But that’s a good feature. Needs phone based bluetooth controller3.

The remote has 2 presets that can be set to your most comfortable position. It adjusts in many ways and is very comfortable. Love love love this adjustable frame!
