There are two washers and bolts included, although only one is needed. Assembly is simple, and a nice phillips head screw driver is included. The timer is dependable and the switch is easy to operate.

The arms are easy to manipulate and there are many levels of brightness you can choose from. The lcd timer allows you to put a custom time on the light cycle.
