There are two washers and bolts included, although only one is needed. Assembly is simple, and a nice phillips head screw driver is included. The timer is dependable and the switch is easy to operate.

I am pleased with how easy it is to set up and use. Works like a charm. Timer function works perfectly.

It's light wieght but very stabled with the tri-pod stand. Very bright light and the 4 flexible arms are really nice.

The light is extremely dim even on maximum brightness. Not nearly enough light is emitted from these leds even from 6 inches away. The actual light that the plants can use drop off to uselessness approximately 2 inches from the light.

Only reason why i am not returning it, is that something is better thn nothing. Purchased on september 28th and cut off date for return is october 28th. Worked great for 8 months then stopped working.
