These herbs are a high recommended! Better than motrin. Better than midol. This product is a lifesaver!
If a legit compress is unavailable i would suggest trying anything hot and placing it in that area for the first few days postpartum. There was not a hint of relief, as i was brought to tears by the pain.
Big bottle with 30 dinky capsules. Other comparable brands suggest dosing 2 or 3 times /day.
