It seems pricey, but for those of us who use it infrequently, it’s a great deal.

Felt worse than usual. Felt foggy and tired the next day. Pretty bummed out. It is now 4:30 pm and i am still dizzy and extremely tired.

Peppermint is good at soothing your stomach, preventing gas and controlling muscle cramps. Suggested before a stressful event as it also alleviates stomach discomfort in some. But seriously, the stuff does wonders for the tummy.
