The light head height is adjustable. The lamp arm is adjustable to always give full coverage to your plant as it develops. The only concern is what happens when the light bulb eventually burns out.

The built in timer will become even more handy once they start to sprout. It is so great to be able to grow vegetables when it is snowing outside. My solution is to house them in the garage when temps are 40s and below.

The lights can be dimmed to multiple levels of brightness. The dimmer option is also a big plus. Small guava trees seem to like it.
