The molded in screws with nuts are exactly what i have been looking for. The suction cups are used for a fairly heavy wood and metal window bird & squirrel feeder. Works as advertised. Bought a drying rack for over the sink.

Great sizes, also and helps with noice eliminating. Makes it easier to move large furniture as well as it just glides along! I like the look too, they are sleek.

These are low quality and un trustworthy. Do not buy for wood floors. Read description before purchasing. These are pretty useless for what i needed them for.
