I have a lot of cast iron cookware and i use it all of the time. I find it incredibly easy to use and very durable.
Use the press to make meat cutlets or paillard. I use a piece of plastic cut from a gallon ziploc bag and the press makes nice and thin tortillas. It takes minimal pressure to get the masa pressed down.
