Most people no longer have projectors to play the films. Current scanners include a cable to connect to the composite (usually the yellow labeled jack) input. Company provided great customer service when i had some issues.

There are three grey tabs that the film must go under. One should not have to sit and babysit the machine. When there was a misdeed, you’d get the error message and the light remained on.

Magnasonic scanner is easy to use, put the slide in the proper tray and scan. Comes with a brush to get the dust away, but that brush should be better.

If you've got razor sharp negatives/ slides this is the little gadget you want. Easy to operate and provides satisfactory results. Negatives are a little more difficult to do.
