Bought these for serving plates to use with our new pizza oven. Good quality and they clean up nicely. They pans are great! Easy to clean.

The sides bend up too much. The sides are not flat enough. They are thinner than expected so again, doubt they will hold its shape in very high temperatures.

Pizza is nice and crisp. Its durable and the holes make the pizza nice n crispy. Cooked evenly on a thick crust.

The pizza pan was dented. The pan is junk - who knows what the coating and quality control is. The company is proud california company that is run by old white people is ok but don't preach to me what a great company you are.
