The instructions are a bit challenging but my wife and i had it assembled in about 1 1/2 hours. Not expensive. Very fast shipping.

Don’t bother buying it. Disappointed in quality of product, different from video much cheaper looking and thin. Muchcheaper looking and thinner.

I have a metal bracket that helps lift the cover and didn't want to have to remove it for this additional cover. It seems to be working perfectly. Thank you exploreland for standing behind your warrantee.

The protective cover is rightly priced.

We have a caldera spa, and this cover fits really well. The cover fits well and definitely protects the hard insulated cover underneath.

The black stripe is where the stap/buckle blocked sunlight, any part of this hot tub cover that has had any exposure to sunlight over the past 8 months is now sunbleached light grey. The torc straps rip off if attempting to strap down for high winds.
