The 12” diameter lights are a direct replacement for your existing fixture. You have to be careful when tightening the screws so it doesn't crack. The adjustable color temperature allows you to pick your desired light color.
The hallways are so much brighter, which i love. With three 60 watt bulbs it is very bright, which is what i was looking for. Three 40 watt bulbs are plenty. Highly recommend this fixture.
