I get these for customers that have trouble opening smaller ones because on dexterity issues. The spring is good and not too strong. These are really much nicer. However, the rest that ado close, seem sturdy and great quality.

Stainless steel is nice since it is anti-tarnish. I'm cool with it as long as they don't turn out to be * alloy metal. Compared to the last clasp i had which rotted away in just a few months, these are great.

The actual color is almost gunmetal. Im not sure these are hypo- allergenic.

The material seems to withstand repeat scratches & unintended albeit light abuses fairly well. The resulting chains and charms appear quite sturdy. I intend to use as many as i can!
