All four wheels lock as they should, though the wrenches included are junk. Locking mechanism is pretty clever -- as the lock engages, a wedge brakes the wheel from turning and a two-tooth lever engages the swivel.

Worked great for my outboard motor stand project. These ones are nice and quiet and do the job i envisioned very well. Really excited to use these for an upcoming shop project.

Second time ordering these. Local walmart sells $4/piece. Couldn't be happier with the product. Plan on ordering more.

Great, quiet, sturdy, and very maneuverable. This is the perfect size since i can't find wheels this small on hd or lowes. They perform just as good as the 2 wheels which impressed me.

It rolls sooo easy and smooth now! It feels good to be able to just push the cabinet and have it roll quietly over the ceramic tile floor. Roll very well on hardwood floors.
