As per instructions, the amount of force necessary to “open” the hinge is nearly impossible. The hinge has to be reset about every other day. The angle of the hinge isn't enough so the hinge doesn’t fold flat.

The result is the door no longer fits in the jamb. Sprung to open, not close.

Product works too well for what i hoped to use it for. Works like a charm. Thank you, for a useable and quality product.

Lid is 22” x 72”, and weighs about 35 lbs. Hope it holds up in the rain and does not rust!

Wood screws are only about 1/4 long due to the width of metal on the struts. Manufacturer owes me not just the' price of the lifts, but $350 for my time and materials, to install these. The instructions for this product are very bad.
