Longer leads are insulated and durable. Wires seem to be insulated with a ceramic insulator, and it's very difficult to strip that off without breaking the wires.
Three sets of discrete resistors to accommodate whatever power supply voltage is needed. Includes 25 1/4 watt 390 ohm resistors for current limiting. Since there aren't any data sheets, one has to trust that the390 ohm is the correct value.
Rough to use. This means if you want to mount them to a pc board you have to scrape the varnish off. Very dim, unusable for my project.
Light is bright but soft and no burnout yet. Very bright and great in a motion fixture.
Despite good packaging, 1 of the 6 bulbs arrived already with glass broken. It is such a hassle to send them back. When opened box one bulb was broken.
