Product is like a soothing balm for my nerves. I literally feel my stress and anxiety just melt away. I highly recommend to others who are dealing with a stressful time during this pandemic.

The results of this product are not as overtly clear. Doesn't work, upsets your stomach, causes headaches, and a waste of money. It makes me anxiety much worse and makes me feel like i'm not able to take deep breaths.

I first notice a mild sedating effect, more like a relaxing effect. This amino acid helps me respond rather than react. They help me and my gf calm down at the end of the day.

Take l-theanine twice a day and it relaxes you. Eat every 3-4 hours and have a protein, carb, a green (fiber) and fat at every meal - snacks you can do protein and carb or protein and a veggie. Take a teaspoon of l-theanine before bed every night.

The best part is it will not make you drowsy at all. The tantrums are considerably less too. It is very clean and has no side effects, no sluggish feeling later.

I take 200 mg an hour or so before bedtime and my sleep quality is much better. Also helps with sleep along with gaba 500mg.
