The light mounts on a flat bracket similar to what is used to mount smoke detectors. It is super light and the leads are generous enough to connect easily. The color and brightness is great and turns on instantly.

This light throws a nice amount of light in all directions and diffuses it very effectively. The individual leds are not obvious like many other the diffusion on this is superior. I replace a larger flush mount light that ruined my paint a bit.

Westelm lighting is a great way to improve an entryway, hallway, etc. They look like they belong with my west elm pendants in the kitchen.
