Another great grooming by YDD! Appointment was easy to make (couple of texts) and the groomer arrived as scheduled. He listened, made suggestions and could not have been calmer or kinder to my shy shaggy dog. The whole process from start to finish was stress free and my dog looks great. You guys... Liam was a very, VERY Dirty Dog and who else would we call besides Dirty Dog to clean him up. I reached out the Weds before Christmas and asked for a quote and was very pleased with the amazing quote and even more pleased when she said she COULD get to us the in a cpl days, on Saturday!  Christina was quick to reply to our messages and texts. She was friendly, fast and to the point. When she arrived and I saw that beaming smile, I knew Liam was going to do great. He's not always a friendly with people he doesn't know, certainly not big strange vans. ;) Her and her assistant arrived early and ready. They spent a lot of time with Liam and didn't rush. They loved him like he was theirs, and it SHOWED. He was SO SOFT and smelled SO.GOOD and his breath, ya'll. I like, WANTED to give him kisses! :D   We get a text from Christina a few days after Christmas and she says, she doesn't think she trimmed him enough per our request and she wanted to come back out and give him a little spruce up. I was so impressed that she felt that strongly about making sure we had what we wanted. I was so impressed with her integrity. Liam was SO EXCITED to see Christina and her assistant again and that is what made me cry happy tears. He jumped up for kisses and was very relaxed and calm with them again.
