Yancey scheduled a time to provide a quote immediately scheduled the repair days later and repaired my roof when they said they would

They also inspected the rest of my roof and attic to check for problems and found noneno attempt to create an issue for more work

Even before i saw the work the yancey rep said the asphalt shingles were not a good match and they took an old shingle to get a better match

The first half of all the roofers i contacted started off by saying we dont do flat roofs

Of the few that gave a repair quote only yancey said we had at least 23 years left on our roof before replacement and didnt push the issue just to make a big sale
