I called this place when we first moved to Oceanside as we were looking for a new daycare for our puppy.  I didn't receive an immediate response but one of the owners did return my call.  We spoke about the structure of their daycare and what to expect.  I didn't like that he presumed that I didn't know where Encinitas is.  It sounded like he was trying to discourage me from bringing our puppy there.  I work from home so I told him that I would work in Encinitas on the days that my dog had daycare.  In addition, we used to drive from Glendale to Hermosa Beach 3 days a week when we first got our dog because knowing he is well cared for is that important to us.  He did inform me that pending the temperament test, we would likely be placed on a wait list which was also fine.  We scheduled the temperament test before ending the conversation.  There has been a ton of rain already this year and when the owner texted the reminder to me, I told him rain was in the forecast for that day and asked if we could reschedule.  No response.  We have since found a wonderful daycare in Carlsbad that offers more, will keep your dog for the entire day, and all for less money. Thats how it feels when you take your loved dog with professionals that not just know what they are doing but specially do with so much love. After a realy bad experience in another place that said he was the best in town and that my dog almost died literally, a friend recommend me Woofingham Palace and I had peace in my heart. What Samantha and her husband offer is simply premium service. From training, day care, bath and gromming, everything is perfect. Even if I move away from here, thats the only place I trust.  Read Less
