Given the positive reviews on Yelp, we called to have our ice maker repaired.  At the time of scheduling the appointment, Woo Appliance explained that there would be a $68 charge to inspect the problem and parts and labor would be separate.  This is the industry standard, but their service rate of $68 is relatively cheaper than what I paid from other appliance repair companies.  Therefore, we scheduled the repair and the technician showed up on time.  The technician was professional and took about an hour to thoroughly inspect our broken ice maker.  He stated that we needed to purchase a new motor for the ice maker but the cost of $260 and the older age of our refrigerator should be a consideration before we repaired.  The technician provided objective information and never pushed us to do the repair.  In the end, we happily paid the $68 and decided not to do the repair.  Nonetheless, Woo's Electrical and Appliance earned my trust with the fair service charge and factual feedback.  I will definitely use them again and recommend to family and friends.  Read Less

Not sure how anyone could possibly give them less than 5 stars. Their response time and service is immaculate! Marvin and Sung are top of the line professionals who know how to do their job, and do it well. Their work ethic is top notch, topped only by their quality workmanship and efficient timing. The fact that they pay attention to every single detail means everything to someone as nit-picky as I am. I can see why they're booked out for so long: everyone wants to use them! Worth every second of wait time to get them scheduled. I can finally finish up my never ending project (well, maybe - it just never ends, so we'll see).Woo's electrical is worth every penny.
