First of all, Ariel is phenomenal. I never thought there would be hope for one of our dogs. We have 1 Pomeranian mix (Hachi) and 1 American Eskimo mix (Peanuts), both adopted. Ever since we got Peanuts, he barked at everything---doorbell/knocking sounds on television, shampoo bottle falling in the upstairs shower while we were upstairs, birds, and many outside noises. We've tried shock collars, pet correctors, yelling, high ultrasonic sound devices...and those did absolutely nothing. We have a home business so we have USPS, FedEx, and UPS knocking on our door regularly 6 days a week...which drives Peanuts crazy and as a result, stresses out Hachi. One day, Peanuts nipped our FedEx guy on his leg and that's when we knew we needed to properly train them.I gave Wonder Dog a call and got a call back to schedule an evaluation with Ariel. She's great at communicating; she'll confirm every scheduled session the day before your actual session. We did 9 sessions, though in the end we realized we only needed 7 since Ariel was so great with training Peanuts and getting him to listen and "watch". She worked with both dogs and taught each of them their own set of tricks as well as their own individual "marker word". She gave suggestions on how to deal with Peanuts' barking when someone would be at the door. After a few sessions, my husband and I were truly amazed at how quickly and effectively things were progressing. Ariel emphasized the importance of positive reinforcement and I think that makes a huge difference, as opposed to training with both positive and negative reinforcement. She's flexible with scheduling your sessions, so long as they're not weeks apart for apparent reasons.It's been an absolute delight welcoming Ariel into our lives and teaching us how to train and work with them. We can now show Hachi and Peanuts who is in charge! I highly recommend Wonder Dog and Ariel for all of you Yelpers reading this review. Thank you Ariel for all of your hard work!  Read Less
