I generally detail my vehicles myself, but will sometimes go with a detailing service on occasion. I've went through a range of local services... lower to higher end businesses. I wanted to give WashNWerk a shot and thought they would be a more premier service, considering their rates and details around the available options. Our very first visit from them was to detail two vehicles, but I noticed a number of things missed or overlooked. Such as a film of protectant on the dash, which looked like vaseline. Untouched spots, dirty windows... BUT the worst part about it is them spraying tire protectant on the tires in my driveway. Which any one that details should know that's a big NO NO... rookie mistake. So now I have a couple of lovely stains in my driveway, due to their oversight. They came back to power wash and attempt to take it out... even provided me a cleaning solution, so I could try myself. (which I thought was funny...)However, I'm all about second chances and wanted to give them an opportunity to redeem themselves. The owner agreed to providing us a deal... full detail for the price of their mini. I thought that seemed fair, BUT to my surprise another disappointing detail. Spots that were not cleaned, wheel wells that were not touched, no prep on tires, dirty windows, etc. Considering our last experience, I would've expected and hoped for more attention to detail.Honestly, save your money... clean yourself or find another options.  Read Less

I have been struggling to find a good detailer for several years after my go to guy relocated to Charlotte.  The established detailers I have tried so far left me disappointed.  I was in desperate need of a proper paint correction detail on a German collector car with a mix of matte and gloss painted surfaces after going through two detailers who did a poor job or didn't really understand what paint correction means.  Wash N Werk showed up to my house on time and with a 3 man crew.  They still spent about half the day getting 15 years of contaminants off the paint.  Lots and lots of clay bars and some very light buffing resulting in that smooth as glass surface.  I was really impressed.  They were also careful to treat the matte surfaces properly.  I will definitely be using them again.  I do wish they offered ceramic coating, but apparently that is in the works for the future.  Read Less
