moviennWe were lucky we were leaving on Saturday night because it was super noisy with all the music across the street and next door If you cant sleep through the noise this probably isnt the best place because the soundproofing is terrible nnFront desk was a mix Theres a lady that is taller who was really friendly the other one was not so friendly We were checking out that night because our flight back home was at midnight and we had accidentally misplaced our hotel room card a few hours before leaving and was charged USD 6 for a replacement card I know a lot of places dont charge the guest for losing a card but this was a special case Mind you you only get 1 card rather 2 This receptionist wasnt friendly about it and wasnt friendly in generalnnHowever the reason why it dropped it from 4 stars to 2 is because of the bellboy There are many flights of stairs before you enter the building We had each a 20kg suitcase which we lugged up the stairs thats fine because we didnt know there was a bellboy The receptionist was very nice about it she apologised that the bellboy was in the bathroom so he couldnt help thats fine What was not fine was the bellboy helped us wheel both our suitcases up to our room turned on the aircon showed us where how to turn on the TV and kind of stood there waiting for something and we said thank you and he literally stormed off without closing the door kept shaking his head and released a loud sigh in the corridor Mind you the lifts are about 10 steps away so we could see and hear everythingnnHe wasnt being reasonable at all because other than wheeling our suitcases which we could of totally done because we had already lugged up our suitcases up all those flights of stairs Secondly we had just arrived its been a long day and we had no small
