Went to this school from first grade until my freshman year & left on my terms because I couldn't handle the politics the school comes with, the kids and the double standard anymore. They claim they want the best for your kid. Well if you aren't the top student of your class you're nothing. The average student won't get help or the attention they need to become above average and if you're below average well. good luck Is all I have to tell you because you won't get in & if you somehow manage to you will fail out. I went to public school the last 3 years and those teachers cared more about their students than this place did. The students also treat each other like shit at valley. A kid in my class got a yellow Ferrari for his first car and told his parents no take I want a red one so his parents took it back and got him a red one. Do you want your children surrounded by people like that? You're either in or you're out and you're nobody. If you want to give your kid a shitty education & you want to pay tens of thousands of dollars for a below average education send them here. Your kid will go in a "good kid" and leave a scum bag. I'm ashamed to say I went too valley Christian, I left before I became a scum. I would rather go to Gunderson High school than attend valley Christian if I could go back. That School is the one regret I have in my life. There is a guy that  just got arrested for being a child molester at valley Christian in recent years. I lasted 8 weeks at this school. Reasons why? Keep reading!1. They cram religion down your throats. When I attended the "shadowing" program they showed us what we would be doing every day. BULLSHIT. They told the other kids and I that we would pray daily and have a chapel class once a week. INSTEAD once enrolled I was having to pray twice A CLASS PERIOD. Which is ridiculous. Not for anyone that doesn't go to church every fricking day and prays nonstop!2. Acceptance sucks! Anyone thought to be gay was immediately questioned and possibly expelled. Just not a safe environment for homosexuals. Apparently there's now a gay straight alliance club and god help them! (No pun intended being that this is a supposed Christian school). They just can't accept anyone below perfect.3. Classes are somewhat large. I have smaller classes in public school. 4. Saw some kids snorting coke in the bathroom. I mean really?!5. When I approached my biblical studies teacher about possible leaving she drilled me for about an hour about why? why? and why? She wouldn't even let me leave to go to lunch! 6. All the teachers are stuck up. On the very first day my biotechnology teacher made it the very first thing to point out that she was a multimillionaire after her husband invented Lipitor. Good for you! I'm here to get that good education I was told about and not to learn your life story. 7. Most the kids are trust fund babies! Can't get enough of them bragging about their new Ferraris or Lamborghinis.In all, the school simply isn't the right one for someone like me that wants a top notch education. What I will say is that what you're paying for is an easy way out as I had ZERO homework and nor did my friends who I managed to stay in touch with.  Read Less
