I submitted a quote for my car to be shipped across the country last month and Bill called me and instantly started talking badly about the other companies in the industry. He told me I was my 'own worst enemy' if I did not hire him on the spot. He was completely unprofessional and instantly made me uncomfortable, so I chose to not use his service. He continued to call me and leave voicemails. In the first voicemail he started bashing the other companies in the business, he said "I wouldn't trust those retards to move my bawls, let alone a car, you've got to be kidding me". Then he called again to leave another voicemail, this time to say, "You suck, how can I help you if you don't answer your phone". In order to get him to stop calling me, I called him back to tell him to stop and instead of apologizing for being so rude he said "f&@$ you, you goddamn wh&o#". He is by the most unprofessional person I have ever come across not only in car transportation but in life! If I could give him no stars I would but I felt that this needed to be posted because he should not be allowed in any industry and no one should use this awful service.  Read Less

I used a shipping comparison website to aggregate different prices to ship my car down south. I was surprised by how many calls and emails that I received in the next few minutes. It was not a great time for me to take a call so I was screening the calls to voicemail. One of the voicemails I received was from Bill. He stated 'people like you have been not answering my calls all day' and 'the car isn't going to ship itself'. I thought this was very insulting, especially considering that this is someone who I would be trusting to ship my car. I returned the phone call to find out the name of this company, so that I could avoid them. Bill stated that he had to use 'unconventional methods of attracting people's attention' because no one answers his calls. Bill, if you want to attract people's attention as a business owner, how about you treat them right. He further criticized me and cursed me out because 'my information cost him $1.50 per lead'. This man and company are rude, disrespectful, and I will not be trusting them with any business.Update: the owner of this business has gotten a hold of my yelp review and has resorted to threatening me over the phone to remove it. I have attached a screenshot that shows he is calling me repetitively from a blocked phone number. 11 calls in 24 hours! Unreal!  Read Less
