I feel confident contacting them when that time comes. They are stellar in customer service, but i have been a little disappointed that so much reaching out has had to occur.

Marie leblanc from customer service is awesome. Their front office is excellent. They are professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Christina our estimate lady is awesome.

They weren't pushy or annoyed by my indecisiveness. I don't mind paying a little more for truly outstanding service.

Would whole-heartedly recommend thomson a/c for ductwork. The air conditioner performs well enough but lacks the quick cooldown that some air conditioners offer. The competition for the hvac industry is very competitive.

Big letdown. They told me there may be a coolant leak. Problem is nobody showed up nor contacted me. They are far more expensive than most similar businesses, so i wouldn't recommend them.

They do not arrive with the ducts, they access everything again before ordering and picking it up. Home a/c systems are closed, they don't consume any refrigerant or dispose any of it.
