At first the company was nice before we signed a contract. After We signed the contract they were AWFUL. DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT with Noble, they will lie to you saying they will come out if the bugs come back, between regular scheduled sprays. They will not.     The bugs came back & they told me "it's to much work for them & they would be losing money. And it was not worth their time, & we should find 1 of the other 300 pest companies In the area. " These are literal words from the owner's son Skyler.      Before We signed the contract we told Noble specifically what we wanted done, they said yes, & we would be taken care of. They lied, broke the contract & verbal agreement that was made. You cannot trust a company that doesn't Keep their Word.      We are leaving this review because We do not want other people experiencing the awful customer service, lies, does not keep their Word, does not respect or value their customers.   Also, the chemical they used for fleas was called Precore 2000. You can buy on Amazon for $21. 00, which will cover 2000sqft. Which is a lot cheaper. Save yourself a lot of money & headache dealing with a company the opposite of "Noble", low moral principles. Read the other negative reviews & you will see a pattern.  Read Less
