I pride myself on staying fit but that doesn't keep you from getting hurt. Immediately after hurting my back by lifting an irregular object into my car, I saw Dr Meek and her adjustment helped tremendously. It has taken a good month to get back to my normal exercise routine with a minimal amount pain, but I couldn't have done it without Dr Meek, Dr Langfitt and my massage therapist. Didn't enjoy. My first visit to this location of The Joint was very quick (except for the Saturday morning wait time) and quite painful. That included an over-leveraged and poorly placed attempt to crack my back, without results. I didn't experience any improvement after adjusting my neck either, although I did quite a bit when I went to a different chiropractor the next day. I feel three stars is probably on the generous side because this visit did not work well for me. Upside, Stephanie at the front desk was very nice and friendly.  Read Less

This place is inconsistent. There needs to be a way to rate the chiropractors. They are not all the same. Dr. Alvirez is good. Dr Toy is gone but not sure why. There is another chiropractor but he really put too much pressure on my back while adjusting. There's a new receptionist almost every time I visit. I waited 35 minutes this time. Last time around 4pm, I waited less than 10 minutes. At 2:20pm on a Saturday, the waiting room is almost full. Try to catch them on an off hour for best results in waiting. My back is doing better because of this place. But definitely ask for a schedule of your favorite chiropractor.  Read Less
