When discussing the issue with peter our salesman he stated that while the invoice stated 5 panel doors due to the 8 foot size they had to add an additional panel

Rather than discussing this they went ahead and sent the doors and refuse to exchange or return the doors

The owner refused to return the doors and stated that they would only give us new doors for the wholesale price we are stuck with the other doors
