Club Oceanview room and had a great view and location We loved how the resort was laid out and the multiple areas with pools and beach access We also liked being able to go to the Breathless resort and enjoy their amenities nThere were several staff members who really deserve to be acknowledged nMatthew was one of the first people we met and was so welcoming and friendly He remembered us the entire trip and would always ask what we were enjoying and give us advice on foods to eat and things to do He was absolutely awesomenONeill in the Piano Bar was so great and he remembered what we liked to drink every night He is a true pro Phillip at the Piano Bar was great too nAt the Breathless Altitude Adrian was great and so nice and he remembered what we liked to drink as wellnBen the DJ at Breathless is great toonAlso the walk to Breathless from Wild Orchid is a very pleasant walknTake the Nature Walk with Elainethat was so informative and she is such a knowledgeable person If we go back I will do that againnKeanu on the glass bottom boat was so knowledgeable as well He gave the best tour and we are glad we did that activity nThe food was very good The breakfasts in the World Cafe were great The lady who makes the omelettes started to remember us and know what we wanted every day The Mimosa and Bloody Mary bar at the entrance was a very nice touch The hostess was so friendly nThe jerk chicken cart was fantastic What a great addition to lunch and late night offerings nFriendliness of staff really sets this resort apart and we were so impressed with how nice people were nAlso the Secrets Residence Band needs a big shout out They are fantastic nI truly would have given the resort 5 stars except for these areasnThe rooms while the beds were comfortable it was clean and nice the rooms need to be updatednThere should be more cushioned chairs on the beach The wicker is very uncomfortablenThe furniture at the Barracuda bar is very worn and torn and needs to be replaced nThey have a gym but no area with bands yoga mats foam rollers etc for stretching etc nOtherwise we loved this resort and look forward to returning to
