I was online looking for a great mobile car wash and this popped up as the best rated. I went ahead and made an appointment with Coco and he came to my office and was done within an hour and a half! He did a fantastic job, I got my seats shampooed and everything and my car looks brand new! I scheduled with Coco to have my husband's car detailed for his birthday almost two weeks in advance. We scheduled for Saturday at 8am, but 8am came and went and he had yet to show up at our home. After getting in contact with him, he informed me that he was "waiting for the wind to go away" which was odd, because it wasn't windy outside (at least on our side of town it wasn't). I wish he would have at least contacted us earlier in the morning if this was actually the case. So bummed! After all of the 5 start reviews this business has, we were truly looking forward to working with you. Communication could be greatly improved.  Read Less
