Dr Ryu is obviously a very caring doctor. I had to visit his office when I developed inflammation in my eyelid. Looking at my eye he was able to quickly put me at ease letting me know his diagnosis and that it was a very common & easily treatable blockage of the tear gland duct. He prescribed medicine to help with healing and before i even got home, he contacted me letting me know that my prescription was ready for pick up at my local pharmacy. The real value of his services was that with his good recommendations for treatment and medicine, my eyelid was back to normal in a matter of days and I was back to work. Great Business overall!Great Customer Service!Communicates with customers well.Customer service is down right amazing. There have been a few instances that I had to pick up my girlfriend's contacts and would not be able to get there before they close. Dr. Ryu personally waited for me to arrive 30 minutes after closing hours just to make sure I got the contacts. He is also very knowledgeable and explains everything very well.
