This company started out ok  but  their customer service is terrible to nonexistent

I had one of their reps sign me up and give me a 2 month trial and after a week of working with her she fell off and there was no communication for a couple of weeks with anyone

I finally got a voicemail from one of their reps telling me that my first rep was no longer with them and i replied back with my own voicemail clearly stating that i wanted to cancel my trail

Instead the email focused on how they wanted to get me set up even though i left a clear voicemail to cancel my trial

So now their going to charge me for a month in which they did no work what so ever for my company
