I went at 3pm told her which tine percentage i wanted, she said ok.

I gave her my key and right away she gave it to one of the guys and they were already walking out to get my car and pull it into the shop.

They always do great work and the lifetime warranty does give me peace of mind but in retrospect, i should've taken the time to get 2-3 estimates.
