I love this place, and will forever be indebted to it for introducing me to Hot Pot. Stop in, you become obsessed too.Seriously, I plan a visit here every time I travel to Bellevue for work (I live in AZ). I love extremely hot food. A coworker of mine in Mesa, AZ advised me to try the Hot Chicken. He said it was one of the hottest dish he'd ever had. It was definitely tasty, but the heat was not near what my Indian coworker had experienced. The establishment may have had mercy on the pasty Caucasian out-of-towner.  No offense taken at all, it was incredibly tasty. A local coworker joined me as well. We were intrigued by the Sichuan Style Hot Pot. Man, it was the coolest and tastiest cuisine I have ever had. We got the split pot with one side spicy and one merely flavorful. We got beef, chicken, pork, napa cabbage, baby bokchoy, broccoli, noodles. So awesome... so, so amazingly fun and flavorful. Can't wait to get some again soon.  Read Less
