Other than the fact that they have a plethora of leads from many sources, they are extremely transparent, listing the source of all data and leads right there on the lead.

They also have set verified leads, that have been verified by the company, and not taken yet by another agent, so you are guaranteed accurate info and should you get bad info on the lead, you can request a refund right on the app.
