The experience has been spectacular from start to finish. Brandon at the front desk took care of me when I first checked in. He was very nice and quickly got me situated. I later had a small issue and Miyosha at the front desk really stepped up and helped resolve the issue very efficiently. In addition, I met Anita from the Marriott executive cafeteria for the Medallion members and she was very helpful in answering allmy questions and getting water, or anything else I needed. We also were not rushed from any of the conference rooms during our meetings. I will stay here if I ever visit Atlanta. I would also hire all 3 without a doubt! :) Thank you guys! Noise from hallway due a large gap under the door. The doors don't have the \"soft\" stop. So it slams close extremely LOUD and OBXNIOUS. Throughout the late night and early morning, there are constant door slamming.\n\nAmenities: There's NO COFFEE MAKER in room. So you have to go down to the lobby every morning for a cup of Joe. And there's attire requirement to leave outside your room.\n\nThe ugly: the services are HORRIBLE! I had a suitcase on wheels in one hand and a hanging dress bag in the other. I struggled through the first set of door. The bellman stood there and stared. Another guest helped me just because he was on his way out. Lord and behold, there's another set of pull-only door. Another bellman looked and stared and did NOTHING. The receptionist was snobbish and snappy. She threw my ID across the counter back at me. I asked her questions about where a my friend's party, which was on-site, was held. She rudely said ugh, let me do one thing at a time. When I called her out for being rude, her excused was it's been a crazy busy mronign with all 400 rooms booked. No apology.
