So disappointed & upset at this company I first chose them because of the almost 5 stars but if I could give 0 stars I would.My daughter got bit in the face by a poisonous spider so I contacted Ronin, explained the urgency of this visit & had appointment set up for the following day.The technician "Felipe" was supposed to be here between 2-4pm...he finally decided to call me at 5:18pm with no excuse as to why he didn't show up All he said was that he was sorry that he didn't check his paperwork to see that I was scheduled for a service today.I spent the entire day waiting for this important exterminator...thanks for nothing Now I'll have to wait until Monday to find a new exterminator I also called the office twice to speak with Jeannette who scheduled my appointment but no one answered I left 2 messages but who knows if anyone will call me backIf you call this company for an important service don't hold your breathPart 2...Sunday 8:29amReceived a message early this morning from Osvany, one of the managers apologizing & stating they would correct the problem & send out a new technician today Sunday by 11am & provide the service for "free" since I waited all day yesterday & no one showed upI quickly called back & left a message stating I would like the service...still haven't received a call back confirming that they'll send someone outWe'll see if they return my call & honor this to make it rightI'll keep you all posted...3rd & final post...Sunday 11:35am Never got a call back even after being told by Osvany that they wanted to make this right VERY unprofessional & crappy"Everyone" pays attention & values customers remarks/experiences posted on Yelp so I hope people pay attention to minePOSITIVE UPDATE 2-19-18Ronin kept their word & sent out a young but very knowledgeable tech Jorge who before spraying my entire property explained in detail what he was doing, what chemicals he was using & instructions after he sprayedI'm very glad that the manager Osvany kept his word & corrected the the wrong that was done to meMy property was sprayed for spiders, ants & all other creepy crawlers for FREE & they also included the 30 day guarantee...if I see any spiders/ants with the 30 days they will come out & spray againThank you Osvany & Jorge for the great customer service & satisfaction There are still honest small business owners out there  Read Less

Salvador and Raul showed up to my property on time and early, then explained to me the areas they're going to be treated for termites. The service i got was subterranean termite treatment for the entire house and local treatment (bora care). They even cover my stuff in the garage with plastic so it won't get sprayed on with chemical. Very professional, I would recommend Salvador and Raul to be your technicians.
