Scheduled a round trip to the airport and paid in full but....Car never picked me up at the designated time and after a 30 minutes I called über and they barely got me to the airport on time. Steve mentioned his driver overslept and was very apologetic. He also stated that he wanted another chance to make it up to me and he told me the ride home was free.  I thought about it and said I'd give him another shot.  I confirmed my pick up the day before and he confirmed it in writing. I then confirmed the terminal change the day of and guess what? Once again I was not picked up, didn't receive an email, no phone call, nothing! I froze waiting for their pick up for 45 minutes and then took a cab. Regal is unprofessional, unreliable, and totally unworthy of doing business with. There are plenty of other car services around so I suggest you  consider others before the same thing happens to you.  Read Less

UPDATE:We were reached out to by the owner and graciously offered a complimentary ride to give Regal another try. We agreed and scheduled an early ride to the airport for 3:45AM on October 15th. Our ride to Logan Airport was smooth, safe and timely. As a result of this experience and gesture, I have added a star to my original 3-Star review. (Seen below) We will definitely be considering Regal in the future for transportation needs.---------------------------------------------------------------------------------My experience with Regal Coach was a bit of a mixed bag.We elected to go with Regal Coach for a roundtrip drive to Boston and back after I read all the positive reviews on Yelp. My girlfriend and I were going to Fenway to see the Jason Aldean/Kid Rock concert on Friday, 9/9 from Andover, MA.The communication with Steve was great and making a reservation/payment was a breeze.The driver, Michael, showed up about 10 minutes early at our home to pick us up and was very courteous and kind, if not a little on the quiet side. (which is preferred!)However, on the ride in and back with Michael, we had a few close calls with other motorists. I had to hold my girlfriend's hand both ways to keep her calm through it all, as she does not like being driven by other people to begin with. Michael would cut into lanes at the last moment prior to lane drops and often ride too closely to the cars in front of us, which almost had us rear-ending a few cars along the way. Additionally, Michael was not at the pick-up location when we left the concert and we instead had to walk about 5 minutes to meet him as he was stuck in traffic. In the end, there was one close call in particular on the way back that was so jarring, the wheels screeched and we all jerked forward. Michael was quick to apologize and we didn't give him a hard time, but I don't think we'll be using Regal Coach in the future; while I'd be willing to give it a second shot, my girlfriend is more concerned and wary of the way our trip went.Michael may've just been having a tough day.  Read Less
