A lot of the reviews here are pretty awful but I can say that I had a very positive experience. Our agent was Tan Jaratjarungkiat (you can find him on their website) and he really put in 100% effort into everything. I found a listing online, gave him a call, and was able to start viewing listings the next day. When we moved in, we had some issues with the apartment but Tan was always there to help us out and made sure that everything got taken care of. I would say by far what was most helpful was that he was extremely responsive. Every time I called or texted him with an issue, he would respond promptly and do his best to resolve the problem. I can't speak for the other agents but Tan is the guy to call!  Read Less
