Was side swiped and needed body work. Took it here, got it back and It was crappy. sections of the paint looked faded. Nicks and bubbles everywhere. I posted a bad review and they said they'll fix it but please take down the review. I complied. Just got my car back from them fixing their crappy job to have an even more messed up paint job. Told me the gravel imprints must've happened between me taking it (my car) from their shop to my house. The only gravel was in their lot and I never drove over it as I was in a driveway. They didn't seem to care about the quality of the work. Were more interested in blaming the customer.  They just rushed it in and out to collect a check. Don't take your car there for body work unless you want a half ass rush job done. Just to clarify this is the BODY shop ran by Chris, not the mechanic part of the shop ran by Justin.  Read Less

I had an exceptional service experience at Pons Auto Service. My rear brake pads we're totally gone and my car was making grinding noise when I brake. Since Monro Muffler was quoting high price, a colleague at work recommended me Yelp to check out pricing from local mechanics. I wasn't very hopeful about it but I gave it a shot by posting an ad for brake replacement on Friday night @ 730pm. To my pleasant surprise, Justin from Pons Auto responded to my ad within 5 mins. He gave the lowest quote for this service (way less than Monro). Also he was flexible to charge me for just labor as I wanted to get my own brakes and rotors from parts store.When I went to the store next day i.e. Saturday morning at 9am, I was politely greeted and Justin started working on my car right away as I told I wanted to wait instead of dropping my car as I didn't have a ride. He finished the work so quickly and I was out of the store (including payment) under 30 mins. It has been a day after service and car rides pretty smooth. I'm glad to have found Pons Auto I would definitely recommend them for my friends for their car service needs.  Read Less
