I called on a Wednesday afternoon. They seemed very professional. They made recommendations as to what I might need and gave me a written quote. I asked for an install appointment for that Friday. They said yes they could do it between 3PM and 5PM and would call when they were on their way.At 2:45 on Friday I had not heard anything and I called. I was told that they were still doing the installation at the other location and would be there. I said ok. At 5PM no one had called yet and I was getting a little nervous. At 5:05 I received an email saying, "Bad News they were not going to make it, the install was complete but the crew was in Long Beach and with Friday traffic they wouldn't make to me until 7PM". We needed to reschedule.I probably wouldn't have been so annoyed, however, I had called earlier to confirm and was told that they would be there, also I received no phone call but an email telling me this. How could I reschedule through an email? I wasn't even given any options in the email for a reschedule, so who knew when it would be rescheduled for.I responded immediately to the email, and got no response.I found another company and they installed the TV perfectly they way we wanted it for over $100.00 less and they did it on Saturday and showed up on time.Still never heard from these folks.  Read Less

What a team ! From Lisa from customer service to Chris the installer.We needed a very large TV installed at a rather high position and Chris handled it with easy and perfection. And talk about hiding wires & other stuff, this guy is a perfectionist.
