These guys did a phenomenal job on my master bathroom remodel. Sunny was extremely responsive in coordinating his team and providing an extremely competitive quote, and we were able to schedule right away. Demo took 1-2 days, they spent a couple of days on plumbing since things needed to be moved around (unanticipated - found all kinds of fun stuff from the original plumbing post demo), and the project took about 2 weeks total. Not only did they spend an extra day on plumbing stuff they didn't anticipate and fix other issues for us that were never originally even scoped, but Sunny had his team do all the extra work and still honored his original quote. Throughout the process the contractors ensured I was happy with everything and asked me design questions BEFORE doing the work (for example, we had very intricate tile work done and they made sure they laid everything exactly how I wanted it and all plumbing hardware was exactly where I wanted it). If anything wasn't 100% perfect, instead of just touching things up here and there they'd go above and beyond to ensure everything was exactly perfect before they finished. Herringbone is a massive pain to do and the rest of the tile was extremely heavy and cumbersome to maneuver but they made precise cuts and everything is flawless. We also installed a linear drain which required a very precise shower floor slope for water to drain properly and required the tilers to install the rest of the flooring higher so it'd be flush in the right areas. Since i used massive tile on the shower floor this was even more of a task. They also confirmed tile trim colors with me on every cut end to make sure the design was as I wanted it before installing (ex. Black trim on black tile, silver on the white to match the hardware). My husband and I are extremely detail-oriented and very design-conscious, which makes us difficult to please :), but Sunny and his team were professional and detailed - very talented folks.
