I called the soho location and melissa picked up the phone and was incredibly kind and helpful professional she reassured me that i was in good hands and that my glasses would be replaced because they were still under the one year warranty

My glasses were broke and due to the design new screws would not fix the attachment of the temple pieces to the frame

Which brings me to today i called in to find out about warrantee and repair because one of the arms of my wire frame glasses broke in half
