Alex and bob took us on an amazing climb, walk-about and even found a cool "ice alley" (not official name i'm sure) for us to walk through.

Just wear warm clothes and socks, and clothes that aren't too tight.

There were people in their 60's and they did ok but if you aren't super mobile/ agile this may not be the trip for you.
