He assisted me with all the logistics but due to the memorial day holiday the shipping companies  were unable to deliver the bike until after june 6th

Scheduled the tow immediately showed up on time to pick up the scooter gave me a realistic time frame holiday weekend that i would hear back they communicated extremely well i didnt have to reach out to them and the scooter was ready when they told me it would be

All i needed to get back on the road was a battery charge but they could have easily sold me a new one or even told me the gas line needed to be repaired scooter hadnt been driven in a while and the gas was really low

Even when i went to pick up the bike i was greeted promptly and a sales person personally walked me back to the service area
