I am visitor from Hawaii and was doing my shopping at Moose Creek Store.   I lost my purse inside their store while I was trying out their Alaska Sweater more than few minutes later I realized I don't have my black DKNY bag with me and went back to where I left off.  My purse was GONE!!!  I asked their staff politely if anyone has turned in a purse and no luck nothing was turn in.   To make this short, I asked their staffs to help me call a police so, I can make a police report they refused to call it for me because nothing was stolen in their store.  Really?  What a bad service not even a courtesy help to help a visitors/Customers  like myself.   Their staffs did not even acknowledged to try and help me.   I understand it's not their responsible for any lost and stolen belongings from a customers but at least should've help someone like myself who lost everything within a mins inside their store.  These staffs are extremely unfriendly and did not even care.  I left their store with out any police reports knowing that I had 3 credits cards, Atm card, Cash, etc. Definitely, I left this store with a broken heart and a bad experience.   I will never go shop or visit in this store ever again.  Read Less

This place has been here as long as I can remember. They are closed in the Winter, but open every Spring. They are a huge draw for the tourists and quite reasonable in their prices.They have some wonderful huge stuffed animals. Almost the size of the realy thing. A huge Moose, and Bears , and Sled Dogs.Lots of fun for Kids of all ages.If you love the Yummy Chummies for your dogs this is a great place to get them.Almost every type of souvenirs you could want.Good prices, nice thingsThere are a lot of gift shops open in down town Anchorage in the Summer. This one is a good choice to visist. Even the staff is helpful and friendly.  Read Less
